I am the CEO of NEETprep.com, a consumer test-prep product with 3M+ users and 70K paying customers. Revenue is approximately USD 1M to USD 2.8M ARR. I own P&L, product, growth, sales, pricing, pipeline, forecasting, technology, operations, retention, and lifecycle marketing. The organisation is 130+ people.

A lot of my work is internal AI for business teams. The analytics agent, the agent-operated push channel, six agent skills I wrote for jobs I repeat, edge experimentation, and the academic workspace are on the projects page.

I prototype with AI-assisted tools and usually hand production work to engineering. That is true of the main NEETprep platform. I designed, built and shipped NEETprep Labs myself, and it runs in production with students. I also built the layer that measures it.

I am not a conventional software engineer, and I have not sold B2B software to technical buyers.

I publish practical essays on AI-assisted building, AI product incentives, and how AI changes information. They live at /writing. I am not an AI thought leader. I write down what I have actually tried.

Coaching

I coach a small number of children, one to one, on using AI to build real things. I take five families at a time. It lives at /tutoring.
